How to place an order?
Choose your product, click ‘Add to Cart’, then follow the online payment steps. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is confirmed.
Is there a minimum order?
No, you may order just one item.
DELIVERIES
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are, on average, between 3 and 7 business days in mainland France. Times vary depending on the product’s size and weight, and your delivery location.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. They vary depending on the product’s size, weight, and potential fragility. Delivery is free for purchases over €99.
When and how will I be informed of the delivery date and time?
The delivery date and time will be communicated to you by SMS, within 3 to 7 business days, directly by the transport company. If you are not available during the proposed slot, you may reschedule the delivery to a date and time that suits you. In case of absence during the delivery attempt, the package will be automatically redirected to the nearest logistics platform, where you can schedule a new appointment or arrange for pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not offered during the checkout phase on the website. However, it is possible to arrange international shipment, depending on the desired product and destination country. Please contact us by email at contact@laplaceducoq.fr to determine feasibility on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Can I return an item after purchase?
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to state your reasons or pay any penalties. Simply send us an email at contact@laplaceducoq.fr specifying: your order number, your name, and the products concerned.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error is ours (defective item or order error). Once the product is returned, we will process a full refund within 7 days, via the same payment method used during the purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: Personalized products or products made to order.
Can I modify my order after purchase?
Yes, modification is possible within 6 hours. Please contact us promptly at contact@laplaceducoq.fr.
